The World Book Fair in India is an initiative by
the Xavier’s Resource Centre for the Visually Challenged (XRCVC). It aims to
raise awareness about the special needs of the blind or people with low vision
when reading a book. Through this campaign, they hope to have more books
published in an accessible electronic format and increased sensitivity towards
their situation.
